Shito as a condiment can be used to compliment any dish.  In the typical Ghanaian home, shito is eaten with kenkey, fried yam, waakye, hard boiled eggs; the list is endless but we have compiled a few ideas below of what you can eat shito with for anyone who has just discovered our homemade shito.
